Communications Surveys Implementation:
We worked with the client to develop a survey to gather information about the company’s safety communication practices and the level of safety awareness among employees. The survey included questions about the frequency and effectiveness of safety communications, as well as employees’ understanding of safety procedures and policies.
We administered the survey to a representative sample of employees and collected and analyzed the results.
